Here is a typical Japanese sesame sauce that we love, goma dare sesame sauce. Presentation:
An exquisite sesame sauce
Here is a Japanese sesame sauce that is a real favorite for us, the goma dare ゴマダレ and goma dressing sauce ゴマドレッシング. Both sweet and slightly thick in texture, it is a perfect accompaniment to dishes and salads that immediately take on a subtle taste of toasted sesame.
In Japan, this sauce traditionally accompanies Japanese fondue Shabu Shabu, the udon (thick Japanese noodles) and Hiyashi Chuka (a cold dish often eaten in the ramen dish often eaten in the summer in Japan).
Personally, we use it on green salads, coleslaw, spinach, or donburi (large bowl of hot rice with ingredients on it) or chirashi (bowl of vinegared rice with fish or shellfish strips on it). In fact, it is delicious on EVERYTHING, yes seriously!
Its composition
Japanese shoyu soy sauce
