1- Inro sushi 印籠寿司, a sushi wrapped with a squid

The pockets of fried tofu are then filled with sushi rice flavored with mirin and sake flavored sushi rice, which may include other ingredients such as dried seaweed, rice, rice balls, and other ingredients nori and shiitake mushrooms or even umeboshi (preserved plum).
