Black sesame paste recipe

Very used in Japan, black sesame paste is present in many dessert preparations. Here is our black sesame paste recipe.

- 200 g black sesame
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp honey
Heat a pan and roast the black sesame seeds for a good 5 minutes over low heat.
Pour the seeds into a food processor and blend for 10 minutes, then wait for your processor to cool before repeating twice.
Add the spoons of honey, the pinch of salt.
Then mix for another 10 minutes, pausing 2 or 3 more times. You will obtain a thick and oily paste.
Pour into a jar and store in a cool place.
