Black sesame paste recipe

Very used in Japan, black sesame paste is present in many dessert preparations. Here is our black sesame paste recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g black sesame
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and roast the black sesame seeds for a good 5 minutes over low heat.
  • Pour the seeds into a food processor and blend for 10 minutes, then wait for your processor to cool before repeating twice.
  • Add the spoons of honey, the pinch of salt.
  • Then mix for another 10 minutes, pausing 2 or 3 more times. You will obtain a thick and oily paste.
  • Pour into a jar and store in a cool place.
