Black sesame ice cream recipe

- 30 cl whole fresh cream 30%.
- 100 ml plant milk (we took coconut rice)
- 2 egg yolks
- 80 g black sesame paste
- 100 g white sugar
In a bowl, whip the crème fraîche with an electric whisk.
Whisk the egg yolks and white sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes frothy and thick.
Over low heat, combine milk and black sesame paste. Remove from heat before boiling, then pour into the egg and milk mixture.
Add the fresh cream and mix well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the instructions
Without ice cream maker
Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and place in the freezer.
During freezing, 1 to 2 hours later, whip the mixture with a whisk or fork. Repeat the operation 2 or 3 times and leave in the freezer overnight.
