This is a simple and delicious recipe for enjoying nori seaweed leaves with a touch of Japanese seasoning.

Equipment

  • 1 food brush
  • baking tray
  • baking paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nori seaweed leaves
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • toasted sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place a baking sheet on a baking tray. Place 2 sheets of nori side by side.

  • Using a brush soaked in sesame oil, brush the leaves on both sides. Don't hesitate to add more oil to your brush.

  • Then season with salt, also on both sides. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.

  • When they come out of the oven, your nori sheets will be slightly lighter. Cut into strips either with scissors or by hand. Enjoy straight away!
