Japanese Aji Nori recipe, seasoned nori seaweed leaves

This is a simple and delicious recipe for enjoying nori seaweed leaves with a touch of Japanese seasoning.

- 2 nori seaweed leaves
- 2 pinch of salt
- toasted sesame oil
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place a baking sheet on a baking tray. Place 2 sheets of nori side by side.
Using a brush soaked in sesame oil, brush the leaves on both sides. Don't hesitate to add more oil to your brush.
Then season with salt, also on both sides. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
When they come out of the oven, your nori sheets will be slightly lighter. Cut into strips either with scissors or by hand. Enjoy straight away!
