Recipe spaghetti tuna mayo Japanese style

Today, we will introduce you to the Japanese recipe spaghetti tuna mayo, which is common in Japan. Please note that this recipe is not a traditional Japanese dish, but a Japaneseized version of other western pasta dishes. We hope you will enjoy this recipe!

- 100 g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna marinated in oil
- 1 pinch of salt for the spaghetti cooking water
- 2 shiso leaves optional
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise you can take the Kewpie or the classic
- 1/2 tbsp shoyu soy sauce
- a few slices of nori
Cut the shiso leaves into thin julienne strips.In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce together. Heat boiling water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and cook your spaghetti to your liking. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking and drain it once cooked.
Add on the spaghetti, your julienned shiso and the previous mixture (tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce) with Japanese chopsticks. Decorate at the end with small strips of nori!
