Ingredients
- 100 g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna marinated in oil
- 1 pinch of salt for the spaghetti cooking water
- 2 shiso leaves optional
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise you can take the Kewpie or the classic
- 1/2 tbsp shoyu soy sauce
- a few slices of nori
Instructions
- Cut the shiso leaves into thin julienne strips.In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce together.
- Heat boiling water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and cook your spaghetti to your liking. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent the spaghetti from sticking and drain it once cooked.
- Add on the spaghetti, your julienned shiso and the previous mixture (tuna, mayonnaise and soy sauce) with Japanese chopsticks. Decorate at the end with small strips of nori!
