- Kewpie mayonnaise sauce
- A slightly spicy sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Just take 2 spoons of Kewpie mayonnaise sauce and 2 spoons of sweet chili sauce. Here we use exotic food sweet pepper sauce but you can also use Thai sweet pepper sauce which are very good.
- Mix, adjust if necessary and it's ready!

We are going to share with you a very simple and very tasty recipe of the spicy mayonnaise called chili mayo.
A Japanese friend of ours advised us to try this sauce because we wanted to introduce her to the Bresse fondue and it turns out that this sauce goes very well with fried food, especially karaage and more particularly fried chicken, fried shrimps… You can also use it as a salad dressing, or simply as a replacement for traditional mayonnaise.
